This offer is open for all individuals who are patients at the dental practice. The discount will be applied when the final payment is made following the completion of the full Invisalign treatment. The offer will therefore not apply to appointments booked for an initial consultation only. Appointments are subject to availability and are with clinicians only. The Invisalign treatment discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that clinicians are unavailable for any appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Hertford Dental Care will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. Where the Invisalign treatment is interrupted as a result of an appointment, or multiple appointments, being cancelled as a result of Invisalign treatment. For clarity, where two appointments have been attended and paid for by the patient, and the final appointment must be cancelled by Hertford Dental Care, and cannot be rearranged, only the amount already paid for the final appointment will be refunded to the patient. The Invisalign treatment discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Hertford Dental Care accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of the use of this offer or receipt of the treatment. Hertford Dental Care does not guarantee that the treatment will not cause damage of any kind (whether direct or indirect) to the patient’s teeth, and therefore the practice accepts no responsibility in the event that the treatment causes any damage to the patient’s teeth. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Hertford Dental Care negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. Hertford Dental Care can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
